My work supports you to stop surviving on fumes, dissolve the identity patterns that keep you stuck in burnout, and rebuild a nervous system that feels safe, grounded, and truly yours again.
I didn’t become a wellbeing practitioner through a neat, inspiring journey. I became one because I crashed — emotionally, physically, professionally. I spent years giving more than was sustainable: leading schools, mentoring new teachers, firefighting crises, navigating home stress, parenting, holding other people’s emotional weight, and staying “strong” long after it stopped working.
My body eventually said no.
Loudly.
And unavoidably.
It was that collapse that forced me to understand what over-giving really is: a survival pattern, not a personality trait. A nervous system strategy, not a flaw. When I finally started unravelling those patterns through somatic work, restorative practices, and trauma-aware approaches, everything changed — and I knew I had to help others do the same.
That journey became Deeply Wellbeing.

I blend somatic practices, nervous system regulation, restorative yoga, hypnotherapy, energetic work, and trauma-aware coaching.
