The Teacher's Over-Giver's Reset session is a dedicated 90-minute 1:1 therapeutic wellbeing session for teachers who have spent too long holding everything together for everyone else. This is a trauma-aware, nervous-system-led reset designed specifically for educators who over-give, over-carry and quietly burn out.

Using the Deeply Well Method (Reveal · Regulate · Rewire · Realign), you’ll learn how to stop the cycle of emotional depletion, soothe chronic stress patterns, and rebuild a grounded sense of self outside of your role. These sessions blend restorative somatic practices, nervous-system education, reflective coaching, and guided hypnotherapy where needed — giving you practical regulation tools that work in real classrooms and leadership environments.

This session is perfect for teachers, SLT, SEN, pastoral, or classroom roles who are exhausted, overstretched, or experiencing compassion fatigue.
