We’ll open seated or reclined, guiding you into a brief relaxation to settle your mind and soften into the moment. After a moment of self‑reflection to set your intention, we’ll move into slow, mindful breathwork—drawing awareness inward with each deliberate inhale and exhale.
Next, we’ll transition into a gentle Yin Yoga practice: each posture will be passively supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets, held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. This unhurried, floor‑based sequence encourages release in the hips, spine and shoulders, improves joint mobility and invites you to cultivate stillness in both body and mind.
We’ll then flow seamlessly into a guided Yoga Nidra, leading you through a body‑and‑breath exploration that dissolves tension and ushers in profound relaxation. By the end, you’ll feel spacious, calm and centred—perfectly poised for a peaceful rest of your day.
