Restorative Wellbeing Yoga (Otherwise known as lying down with emotional intent.)

We’ll begin in stillness—seated or supine—guiding you through a gentle relaxation to soften the shoulders, release the jaw and bring your attention fully into the room. After a brief period of self‑reflection to set your personal intention, we’ll move into calming breathwork, using slow, mindful inhales and exhales to deepen your internal awareness and prepare your nervous system for rest.

The heart of our session unfolds through a sequence of supported restorative poses, each held generously to let your body melt into the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets. This slow, floor‑based practice nurtures flexibility, encourages healthy circulation and gently unwinds tension—helping you slow down, tune in and restore balance from the inside out.

We’ll conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra journey, inviting your over‑stimulated mind and body into an expansive state of deep, meditative rest. You’ll emerge feeling grounded, recharged and clear‑headed—ready to embrace the rest of your day with calm confidence.
