Sometimes healing begins in shared space. My classes and gatherings are designed to soothe your nervous system, release stress, and remind you that you’re not alone.

  • Weekly Yoga at the Beacon Inn Pavilion
    Restorative and Yin practices for regulation, release, and renewal. Gentle movement, grounding breath, and time to rest deeply.

  • Healing Nights & Seasonal Circles
    Tarot insight, crystal sound bowls, meditation, and hypnotherapy woven into evenings of soulful reset.

  • Special Events
    Pop-up retreats, workshops, and collaborations that bring the Deeply Well Path to life in new ways.

 

1:1 Sessions (Personalised Spiral)

For deeper, tailored support, we walk the spiral together — gently revealing what’s present, regulating your body and breath, rewiring deeper patterns, and realigning with your own wisdom.

Each session may weave:

  • Intuitive readings (tarot, oracle) for clarity.

  • Hypnotherapy and guided meditation for mindset shifts.

  • Reiki or sound healing for energy balance.

  • Somatic practices for nervous-system regulation.

Right now sessions are available online via Zoom. In-person sessions will open from November in the new Deeply Well Cabin.
