Why I Do This Work


With nearly twenty years in schools and mainly senior leadership, my own nervous system issued a formal notice of concern.
Resilience training didn’t help. Herbal tea didn’t help.
Remembering that I had a body did.

So I built Deeply Wellbeing for every teacher and leader who’s ever carried a safeguarding folder and everyone’s emotions.

Burnout isn’t a personal failure; it’s the body’s very dramatic way of filing for early retirement. True healing isn’t linear. A yoga class here, a meditation there — they help, but they don’t last unless they connect together.

That’s why I created The Deeply Well Path: a spiral of healing that integrates body, mind, and soul.

  • Regulate through breath, movement, sound, and restorative practice.

  • Rewire deeper patterns with hypnotherapy, meditation, and mindset tools.

  • Realign with your sacred self-trust through rituals, intuition, and daily practices.
